- Exceeded target to fund university costs, growing the company to around 25 tutors

- Won a contract to provide tutoring to children in foster care for Barnet Council

- Creating & presenting business plans as well as slide decks for eventual sale

- Day to day accounting for the company, including performance assessments, budgeting and forecasting
