Halfway through this new coffee recipe and it's tops...

Turmeric Golden Latte

1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp espresso concentrate (I've been using Jot for 4 years now)
8 oz hot milk (dairy or non)

Here's my new approach to LinkedIn.

It's a corner table in a coffee shop.

When I hop on here, it won't be doctored up or perfected posts.

It'll be me sitting, with my coffee, while my kids aren't asking me to watch a somersault.

Today's value: try something new.

I usually rock an iced latte everyday but the snow outside said, "Switch it up."

And I'm glad I did.

Just because it's winter, you're locked in your home office, and you're at the stage of life where you're not taking an expensive trip every 3 months doesn't mean you can't have a meaningful experience.

Read a book that's outside the norm (I'm reading about Hygge)

Try a new coffee you haven't had (the recipe's up there)

Send a random note to someone in your phone you haven't contacted in over a year (I just spoke to Paul Pirie after 2+ years and it was F'ing delightful).

On September 23, 2022, I remember entering the door, just past 8 PM. 

The day had been a whirlwind, wrapping up a Budget Defense at the office with the Senator and several Directors present.

It was a full house!

As I sank into my chair at home, a thought hit me hard: "Shola, you've got to leave this place ASAP. This is not your dream. Find a way out."

Determined, I spent countless late-night hours scouring the internet in October, searching for my escape route. 

The plan was simple: use my month's salary to invest in something smart and follow the process. 
That’s when I discovered EMAIL MARKETING / FUNNELS.

The promise? “Make $500 in a single month.” 

It was too good to pass up, so I dove in headfirst. Who wouldn't, right?

But reality hit hard!
By June 2023, 8 months had flown by, and I hadn't landed a single foreign client. 

My motivation was dwindling. It was now or never. I was on the brink of giving up and returning to the office grind.

Then, on July 23, everything changed. 

I attended a Workshop hosted by Cardinal Mason, and that became my moment of clarity. 

I decided to re-enter the game with a new, sharper strategy.

And in just 23 days, my fortunes turned around. I landed my first inbound client and within two weeks, I closed an agency deal. 

It felt surreal!

I could hardly believe it. 

From barely scraping by, squatting at a friend's place, to now earning more in a month than I used to in a year. 
The transformation was astonishing.

I remember handing in my resignation letter, the look on my secretary’s face was ‘priceless’. 

Reflecting on the journey, I’m amazed at how far I’ve come.

Over the past 9+ months, my strategy has brought in over 15+ high and mid-ticket clients. 

I’ve built multiple 5 - 6 figure emails sales funnels for coaches and founders, helping my clients make 10x more than they pay me.

Plus, I've taught this exact strategy to 8 students, guiding them to sign high-ticket contracts and deliver outstanding results.

For a while, I kept this knowledge exclusive to my students.
