While the competition sleeps, we build. It is Saturday midnight. I am super bullish on EmailBison for one simple reason: We are going to outwork everyone. While others get comfortable, we are trying to disrupt the space.

Here is what I am doing tonight:

1. I am setting up my own Bison campaigns. Lately getting a 5% reply rate (49% positive) using our own product. The last days my inbox exploded with 148 people ready to know more (I am sorry in advance if you get my email lol but I promise I am delivering value)

2. Focusing on retention. Everyone is chasing new clients, but keeping a client is way cheaper than finding a new one (some studies say somewhere between 5x-25x cheaper actually). We are upgrading our 1:1 support to be the best in the game. When I was a customer of other sequencers, I would hate getting responses in chat from a random VA with little to no training in cold outbound.

3. Preparing announcements. Big updates are coming for deliverability and stability. 

In fact a big native integration is coming. A lot of agencies are waiting for this one, can you guess what it is? 👀
