I’ve been waiting to share this news for quite some time… see below. 


I’ve always been a firm believer that recognization when received correctly is a direct byproduct of hard work. 

In Sept of 2023, I first walked this roof. 

We signed the contract in May of 2025. 

We completed this project in Sept of 2025. 

In November of 2025, we found out GAF awarded us “Project of the Year” for this project. Submissions from across the country, with some incredible projects included, and Seamless Roofing LLC was selected by a panel of judges. 

4,610 Squares. 20 year Warranty. Silicone over Metal. 13,000 gallons of product.  

It is beyond humbling to receive such an award from GAF. This continues to validate what we have believed since 2017. 

Serve people. Do remarkable work. Show multiple solutions. Be willing to be innovative. Build an incredible team. 

So many people to thank on this one.
