I'm Cole, an entrepreneur with a running addiction. 

I am a Co-Managing Partner at Zuvi Investments, a joint family office dedicated to helping small businesses transition into established middle-market companies. 

Previously, I was the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of GREEN CREATIVE, a commercial-grade LED lighting company. My partner and I bootstrapped the business to over $60m in annual sales, successfully exiting to a PE fund. Our journey is chronicled in our book, “Flipping The Switch” (available now).

I was also a co-founder of Hey Hero Labs, a platform for personalized video content creation. The company was acquired by Sanctuary Ventures in 2022.

Outside of business, I'm driven by my passion for running. Having recently turned 40, I've achieved personal bests that surpass my times from 20 years ago. I'm always experimenting with new techniques and training methods to optimize performance and longevity.

Backing exceptional founders is a privilege. Getting to do it twice with a close friend you hold in such high regard is something else entirely.

Our partnership with Amit Agarwal spans more than a decade, starting at Datadog, where we saw how foundational his leadership was to building one of the defining cloud companies of the era. Since then, we’ve worked alongside him across chapters as an operator, advisor, and Partner at ICONIQ.

When Amit shared his vision to rebuild service management from first principles, our conviction was immediate. Service management underpins nearly every internal workflow in the enterprise, and legacy systems only went as far as to record tickets, not action on them. AI changes that.

Today, we’re excited to announce the incubation of Standard Template Labs (STLabs), a first for ICONIQ, as we lead the seed round and support its launch from stealth.

STLabs is building a context-aware, AI-native platform designed for true resolution, grounded in a real-time understanding of how an organization operates.

We couldn’t be more excited to build alongside Amit and the exceptional STLabs team from day zero.
