Outreach to the local community to assess and build community support for additional clinics in the area to serve the working poor.

Catholic Charities of Fort Worth

Expanded the donor base by introducing non Catholics to the mission and works of the agency.  Raised the second largest donation from an individual in the history of the agency. ($200,000)

Development and Public Relations

SCS/Frigette ( A Hickman company)

Vice President of Engineering:  Directed the successful launch of the cruise control product line (safety related) and the radio controlled auto security product line.  Many modern auto security features developed as part of this effort have become standard OEM features.

Vice President of Quality:  Reduced the head count in the department from 24 to 11.  This was because we had fallen into the trap of trying to inspect in quality.  I was also able to achieve ISO-9000 certification within 1 year of taking over the position.
