Not “rah rah”

Just real passion for the craft; and for the customer 

It’s contagious

You talk to someone and you can feel it. And it lights something up in you too. Also worth saying...

Honestly, I think the hardest part of building an outbound AI email tool for the masses that doesn't suck is the user experience. 

The prompting isn't hard if:
1) You are an experienced enterprise prompt writer
2) You are a go-to-market expert 
3) You have robust target company and contact-level research to pull from
4) You have a robust company context center to pull from
5) A badass engineering team & designer
