Why Many People Don’t Understand My Language …That’s the Whole Point

Every time I publish something about Closed Circuit Selling™, Revenue Architecture, or the shift from frameworks to systems…

“This is too advanced.”
“I’ve never heard language like this in sales.”
“This sounds like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG  not SaaS.”

I’m Using Category Language - Not Industry Language

Every emerging category has its own vocabulary before the world catches up.

McKinsey invented the language of
• value chains
• operating models
• 7s frameworks
• organizational wiring

Before McKinsey, none of those terms existed.
People literally couldn’t understand them.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) was mocked for “weird language.”
Jeff Bezos was mocked for “customer obsession units.”
Benioff was mocked for “no software” and “the cloud.”
Andy Grove was mocked for “strategic inflection points.”
Clayton Christensen was mocked for “disruptive innovation.”
Eric Ries was mocked for “validated learning.”
Aaron Ross was mocked for “SDRs” and “cold outbound specialization.”

Category creation always sounds confusing to the market before it becomes obvious.

This is normal.
You’re not “misunderstood.”
You’re early.

CCS™ Uses Architectural Language. Not Tactical Language

Most of the sales world speaks in
