Well, I did it. I got to 10,000 followers. Thank you Adrian Rizo. You were number 10,000. Sorry, you don't win anything. No matter how many people tune in to listen to what I say and read my content, I'm always blown away, but it's a full-court press to get everybody feeling safe about their future and knowing they have an educational resource that won't cost them a dime. Now personally, I think that deserves 100k followers, but LOL. I shouldn't be greedy.

A prompt gets you one output. A Skill gets you the same great output, every time, on demand.

You describe exactly how you want something done the format, the tone, the steps, the output. Claude learns that process. Now every time you need it, you're not re-explaining. You're just running it.

Some weeks you just have to stop and let it land. Im ruminating. 🧘🏻‍♀️
This week...
🫟 I hit 10,000 followers on LinkedIn. 
🫟  I booked paid consulting work before my business was even officially open. 
🫟  I locked in my first ever public library talk, bringing everyday AI to real people in my community. 
🫟  I booked a guest for DESIGNathon that made me do a little dance in my kitchen. (mysterious by design)
🫟 I got my business name approved. 

I also have two live events in the works that I am genuinely excited about: 

🫟 A live OpenClaw installation and safety check with a brilliant member of the Agentics Foundation community helping me. (april)
and another session of  
🫟 Building Your Case Studies with Claude Code, back by popular demand. (soon)

None of this happened overnight. I spent a lot of my early life in survival mode. I kept building anyway.

I believe in karma. Not the bumper sticker version, the real kind, where what you put into the world eventually finds its way back to you. Launching VoiceOfAI as a free learning resource for people navigating one of the scariest career transitions this industry has ever seen is not a business strategy. It's just the right thing to do. And this week we welcomed an incredible new volunteer to the VoiceOfAI team who believed in that mission enough to show up and help carry it.

That's the stuff that makes me feel like the universe is balancing the books.

Coming up next week: a carousel on agent metrics, a carousel on agent-to-agent design, and a guide to LLM types because most people don't know there's more than one kind, paired with an AI fit test to help you figure out if AI is actually the right solution for what you're building. Not everything needs an LLM. More people need to hear that.

If you're in the middle of a hard season right now, keep going. The math catches up eventually.

This is not an AI post, not really anyway... Leadership has decided AI is the solution. Nobody asked what the problem was. That's your job now.

Before you touch the next AI request, run it through these questions. Two or more pointing away from AI? You don't have an AI problem. You have a different problem wearing an AI costume. 

Save this. Share it. Use it the next time someone adds AI to your roadmap before anyone asks why.

Volume one of introduction to multi-agent systems. 

I'm getting so much love in so many shout outs  in regards to National Women's Day and on some comments here and there I kind of expressed that I don't have the most positive feelings about it in general. 

But it's not anything other than I don't think it should need to exist. 

But I do have strong feelings on how women can bring up women every single day and it's simple things like supporting each other, rooting for each other, liking, reposting, sharing, commenting it's us against the algo if we don't stick together we're not going to win.

Im not yucking anyones yum I'm just feeling some things.

Dear Anthropic,
When can I have Claude run my cell phone? 
Because this day and age, having an assistant on my phone that can actually give me reliable, hands-off, voice experiences that actually work, like...
Hey Claude, "Navigate to 100 Main Street, Any town, USA." or 
Hey Claude "Text-message my husband and ask him to pick up eggs on his way home from work." should be a fekking 🤬 given!
It sounds like it should be simple, and yet it's a constant battle whether you have an Android or an iPhone. This sh*t is done; somebody needs to do something, and Claude is the one, I vote for.

Thanks now please hurry... its embarrassing at this point.
