• Led product design for the Rev Max subscription platform, Rev Enterprise, Rev mobile app, and Customer Platform teams.
• Completely redesigned the Rev Max platform including an all new homescreen style and layout, new UI for live recording, a usage meter to see minutes used, frictionless upload, and an all new AI chatbot in the transcript editor, helping increase subscriptions by 40% in six months.
• Collaborated with product managers to interview users to discover feature needs, working directly with ESPN and other clients to improve the Rev mobile app.
• Worked with the mobile app engineering team to incrementally update features while working on a full functional and UI redesign to standardize iOS patterns in the app.

• Designed new features and updates for the Safety Assessment business unit for CRL's next generation platform.
• Worked with the product owner and development team to design, spec, revise, and implement features.
