In this role, I installed and configured Domino and BlackBerry servers on Unix, Linux, Solaris, Windows, and VMWare server farm and wrote/maintained LotusScript utilities to report on the environment, fix address books, update personal documents. In addition, it is worth mentioning that I built new SharePoint site collections for clients and monitored the health, disk space, SQL of SharePoint servers by using SCOM.  Moreover, I Installed/maintained the SharePoint 2007 proof of concept server by using MS 2005 SQL server as SQL server.
Following are some of my key accomplishments from this role:
• Supported the\ 198 on-premises SharePoint 2010 Servers across multiple server farms.
• Tested migrating Lotus Notes databases into SharePoint by using Quest, BinaryTree tools.
• Assisted in migration of more than 100 Lotus Notes databases to SharePoint.
• Deployed different authentication methods for SharePoint, including ADLDS, Kerberos, NTLM, and Ping Federate.

Test new client versions of the Lotus product, 7.02, Hannover, SameTime 7.5 and assist with determining whether or not the newest client version will be considered for roll out to the DaimlerChrysler customer.

The combination ethernet and fiber LAN supports 250 users on 1 Novell 3.12 file server with a RAID level 5 disk array, 1 Novell 3.12 file server with a RAID level 3 disk array configured as an IP Tunnel and on 3 Lotus Notes 4.0 servers running OS/2 Warp. There is 1 fax server running Winfax Pro software. There is 1 SNA gateway running IRMA software. There is 1 dial in server running RLN software. There is 1 print server. Part of my LAN duties included building new servers, creating new user ID’s for Novell and Lotus Notes, performing password resets, creating and maintaining printer queues, applying patches and BIOS updates to servers, upgrading RAM and hard disks in Novell and Lotus Notes servers, maintaining a backup schedule, troubleshooting server hardware and software problems, wiring LAN connections in data closet, installation of new computers, desktop support, creating Lotus Notes databases and macros. On this network, all client computers are running DOS 6.22 with Windows 3.1. The other software on this network that I supported is Word 6.0, Excel 5.0, PowerPoint 4.0, Access 2.0, Autocad 12, Corel Draw 5.0, Lotus Notes 3.0, Micrografix Designer 4.1, CrossTalk 2.2, Winfax Pro, IRMA, RLN, Microsoft Project 4.0, ABC Flowcharter, On-Time, Lotus Organizer, Netscape Navigator 2.02 to 3.0 and F-Prot. The network software and tools that are used are ArcServe 5.01d, Net Prot, IBM Anti-Virus, Bindview, LT Auditor, Site Meter, LANDesk.

System Administration and Lotus Notes Administration for Delphi Steering. This ethernet LAN supports 2600 users on 10 Novell 3.12 file servers and on 17 Lotus Notes servers running OS/2 2.11. There are 2 SNA gateways running IRMA software, There are 2 dial in servers running RLN software. All LAN duties and software knowledge are the same as previous position.

Network Administrator

Duties included troubleshooting and repair of hardware failures on all computer types, HP LaserJet and Deskjet printers and plotters, installation of new Compaq computers, peripherals, RAM, hard disks, and software, configuration and memory optimization of Windows 3.1 and DOS, Help Desk phone support for software questions, creating databases for customers in Access and FileMaker Pro, writing macros for customers in Excel.

Field Services

Duties included installation of all new computers, software, hardware, computer hard disk and 3270 card upgrades, troubleshooting configuration and computer memory problems. Diagnosing connectivity problems from the computer back to the wiring closet. I also instructed computer classes for the GM customer in WordPerfect, Lotus 1-2-3, DataEase, DOS, Beginning PC, Windows 3.1, Enable OA.
