Tasked with making swift, mission-critical decisions, I commanded operations that brought together armed companies across various levels. My role involved in-depth training in leadership, communication, personnel management, finance, and logistics, equipping me with problem-solving expertise. My service with the IDARNG not only refined my military acumen but also positioned me with skills akin to those of a corporate manager, setting a foundation for potential future roles in business management.
