Y no es un problema… fue una estrategia.

Partí mi proyecto sin presupuesto para marketing.

Así que tomé la decisión más obvia (y más incómoda):
apostar por mi marca personal antes que un logo.

Porque entendí esto:

Antes que exista una marca, la confianza tiene que estar en algún lugar, y casi siempre está en manos del fundador

La gente no conecta con logos ni las páginas de destino desde el día cero.

Se conectan con un humano dispuesto a presentarse, explicar y respaldar lo que está construyendo.

La marca personal no es ego ni autopromoción, es alcance, credibilidad y creación de demanda en un solo lugar”

Sobre todo cuando el capital es limitado, tú eres el canal de comunicación.

Coincidimos en algo clave: LinkedIn dejó hace rato de ser un currículum digital.
 Hoy es un canal de ventas, posicionamiento y autoridad personal de alto impacto.

También conversamos sobre algo que muchos pasan por alto👇 El algoritmo ya no premia publicar por publicar.
 Premia la coherencia: lo que dices en tu perfil, lo que comunicas en tu contenido y cómo interactúas con otros.

Si eso no conversa entre sí, se nota.

Entramos además en el uso de la inteligencia artificial, como nos ayuda a potenciarnos aún más.

Ojo sin perder lo más importante: la conexión emocional y humana con quien te lee.

La semana pasada, en 3 días, contestaron una encuesta 191 personas

Y el dato que más me llamo la atención:
Es que casi 3 de cada 10 (29%) siente que está débil en TODO en su posicionamiento de marca en #LinkedIn.
- Perfil
- Red de contactos
- Contenido
- Networking.

Y no es que no sepan como sacarle partido, es que no tienen un mapa claro.

En el 2026 sobran tips, plantillas y “hackcitos”.
Y lo que falta es contar con una metodología clara que te diga:
- Qué va primero
- Qué va después
- Y qué NO deberías hacer todavía

Si solo te dedicas a improvisar en LinkedIn pasa esto: publicas con inseguridad, conectas sin norte y al final piensas “esto no me funciona”

No necesitas saber cada regla del algoritmo

Necesitas entender qué te falta para posicionarte como referente en tu nicho.

En 2025 el alcance orgánico promedio cayó cerca de un 50%, pero la calidad del engagement subió: #LinkedIn está filtrando lo inútil y está premiando interacciones más profundas.

El algoritmo hoy prioriza tiempo de lectura, relevancia del tema y calidad de los comentarios por encima de los likes rápidos o la gran cantidad de publicaciones.

Por eso ya no tiene sentido tratar de manipular con pods, o contenido genérico solo para aumentar tus métricas: esas tácticas las percibe cada vez más fácil y estancan el alcance.

Lo que sí funciona es estrategia: 
- nicho claro
- problemas que resuelves 
- contenido útil 

En el fondo contenido que la gente quiera leer hasta el final, guardar y comentar.
