But this makes HOW you communicate just as important as WHAT you’re doing.

A few themes we explored together 👇

• Activity reports get acknowledgment, but  impact stories create belief and excitement. 

• Executives listen for the tangible outcomes. 
• Employees listen for meaning. 
• Community partners listen for respect. 

• Credibility grows when you lead with the point, speak to what matters to your audience and simplify your message.  

• Lastly, strong STORIES have 3 parts: 
Context → Tension → Impact.

Closing in on my 46th birthday... every single one of these lessons that brought more fulfillment is still true.

I remember feeling like I was just chasing promotions & status at 35.

( I definitely didn't tell anyone that.)

It left me dissatisfied... a lot!

Today, I stand confidently fulfilled.

As I turned 45, I thought about the things that brought more joy, peace and fulfillment to my life.
