- Led a team of 16 Sales Development Reps.
- Worked closely with the CRO and CFO to implement a commission structure
that aligned with the business impact of the SDR Team.

$1.2M in ACV.
- Created over 450 Opportunities in less than 12 Months which was a 400%
increase YoY

La fruta en la oficina no paga las facturas.

Se tenía que decir y se dijo.

Y ojo que soy la primera que valora un buen ambiente, flexibilidad y sentirte cuidada.

Pero una cosa no quita la otra: el salario emocional suma… pero no sustituye al salario.

Ahora bien, también creo que hay detalles que no cuestan tanto a nivel negocio y pueden marcar una diferencia enorme.

Por ejemplo:
Un día libre por tu cumpleaños: No te cambia la vida, pero te alegra el mes.
Flexibilidad real. No un “puedes salir antes… si ya has terminado todo”
Retribución flexible para guardería, transporte, comida, formación…

Son cosas pequeñas que, cuando las sumas, dejas muy claro que piensas en las personas.

Porque cuidar al talento no es decorar la oficina con frases motivacionales.
Es entender qué le pesa en el día a día… y aliviarlo un poco.

Y aquí viene la parte incómoda:

Si el sueldo no acompaña, da igual cuánta fruta pongas: la gente se va.
