I very much enjoy speaking, teaching, and sharing things I've learned with others.

The root of Cory’s passion for the connected nature of tech enhancing the future of work began in the early 2000s in robotics research initiatives for the FedEx Institute of Technology. He went on to pioneer mobile helping enterprises develop strategies to mobilize staff workflows and collaboration in the pre-enterprise project management app era of “BYOD to work” in the mid-2010s. Seeing the promise of physical and digital integration, Cory brought physical products to life leading the Connected Technologies division at a hardware development firm. Beginning in 2018 Cory began researching and leading the Future of Work at Gigster as VP of Product and Research advocating for leveling outdated hierarchical structures within organizations. Cory is a futurist with the goal to continuously question the status quo. His research answers the questions that will define how the innovations of today will impact the work of tomorrow.

•	Conducted thorough research on accounts, identified key decision-makers, and generated interest in products and services via on-site visits and demonstrations to Supply Chain Managers, Product Managers, Sourcing Specialists, Marketing, R&D Teams.
•	Grew book of business from 30 to 40 accounts during a very difficult time of COVID-19.

•	Built and maintained strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of major clients    such as Serta Simmons Bedding and Casper, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention across all global locations for drop shipping.
•	Collaborated with channel partners to develop and close deals, maximizing sales opportunities.
•	Leveraged industry knowledge to propose tailored solutions that met customer objectives, resulting in a 46% increase in sales in 2021 compared to the previous year.

•	Primary point of contact for all new customers, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships and getting them set up in our systems via Microsoft Dynamics.
•	Assisted customers through various communication channels, demonstrating exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.   
•	Ensured the timely and successful delivery of solutions, aligning with customer needs and objectives.
•	Monitored customer usage and proactively addressed concerns, resulting in the addition of over 62 new clients and significant monthly glass recycling volumes (approximately 260 tons monthly).
•	Performed 5 public speeches at community events for outreach.
