Losing him on November 11, 2025 is something I’m still trying to comprehend.

Open your Banking tab. Match or add every transaction for the last 7 days. No skipping. No guessing.  

Next, fix your categories.  
Look at your Profit and Loss. Spot any weird accounts or “Uncategorized.” Recode the big ones first: rent, software, payroll, owner draws.  

Then, reconcile one account.  
Pick your main bank account. Click Reconcile. Use your last bank statement. When the difference is zero, you have clean data for that period.
