Sometimes life throws us curveballs. That’s when we learn the most important lessons in life. 

On August 22nd, 2021 I went into a 6-week coma. The doctors repeatedly told my wife that I would certainly die. On August 24th I went into kidney failure. A few days later, my right lung collapsed. 

A couple weeks after I woke up my wife started telling me how my team ran the business without me. Freelancers reached out to my team and offered to do whatever was necessary as long as I was in the hospital. I consider this my greatest accomplishment in business.

I give talks and workshops on how to take your health into your own hands, naturally, and defy the limitations of Western medicine, just like I did. I teach powerful Ancient Taoist practices that are proven to reduce stress, increase health, and boost mental faculties. 

As a child, doctors told me I would be paralyzed by the time I was 13. I stumbled on some exercises that I practiced diligently in secret, and these kept me mobile, strong, and healthy. Many years later, as I was studying kung fu, I discovered that my “secret exercises” were a very ancient Taoist healing art, whose astonishing power is now being studied by the top medical institutions. 

I have since become a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and have been certified as one of the American Tai Chi and Qigong Association’s Advanced Instructors. 

I am available for talks and workshops, for corporations and for wellness groups. I also offer online courses and am writing a book on the power of Ancient Taoist exercises for self-healing.
