Most brands don’t have an “email problem.”
They have a lifecycle architecture problem.
That’s what the Hourglass is built to solve.

What the Hourglass Revenue Engine actually is:
It’s our end‑to‑end email & SMS system for $5M–$100M ecommerce and subscription brands (typically on Shopify + Klaviyo + SMS) that already run paid traffic but don’t have a real lifecycle/CRM function.

In every engagement we:
- Identify the 1–2 highest‑value personas or angles
- Rebuild flows, campaigns, segmentation and SMS around their real buying cycles
- Fix deliverability and list health so you can safely scale volume
- Run a test‑driven operating system (roadmaps, test log, reporting cadence) instead of “random acts of email”

We agree on one primary KPI up front (platform‑reported email+SMS revenue or repeat revenue per new customer in the first 90 days) and optimise the entire system around that.
