I have worked across various industries, including financial services, fintech, insurance, investment management, legal, utilities, retail, media, and PE-backed businesses. My expertise spans business agility, technology simplification, and customer proposition redesign, creating sustainable impact and leaving organisations stronger than I found them.

I’ve delivered programmes exceeding £100 million, led teams of more than 400 people, and created measurable results, including 30 percent cost reductions, a £265 million uplift in enterprise value, successful regulatory recoveries, and scalable digital platforms.

Wishing everyone a positive, healthy, and fulfilling start to 2026.

If there’s one word that feels right to begin this year with, it’s this:
Honesty.

Because for many people, 2025 wasn’t straightforward.
 The job market was unpredictable.
 Opportunities felt harder to secure.
 Setbacks came more often than expected.
 And staying positive sometimes felt like its own full‑time job.

One truth stood out:
Progress isn’t always loud.
 It isn’t always linear.
 And it certainly isn’t always comfortable.

Sometimes progress is simply the quiet decision to keep going:
• Sending the next message
 • Taking the next call
 • Backing yourself again
 • Trusting that consistency compounds

As 2026 begins, there’s a shift toward a more grounded kind of positivity:

- Cross channel sales performance across all channels in Consumer and Enterprise

- Sales change, launch and delivery

Has been the Head of Stores (Retail) for all of O2.  Responsible for:
- trading/ commercial performance, people and customer experience across all our 460 O2 Stores (both franchise and company owned)

Previously the Head of Multichannel and Customer Experience for Sales and Service at O2.
Specifically, responsible for
- the multichannel/ omnichannel transformation of the UK business
- all digital and online change (across the portal, ecommerce and MyO2 app)
- the end to end customer experience across the different channels including voice, stores and digital/ online
- take to market activity across the channels for new products and propositions
- leading our Guru programme (for all Digital Gurus in Stores and through Remote Access)

Previously the lead Customer Experience and Transformation Director in Ernst & Young’s Advisory Services business and a key member of the leadership team that built the Customer Advisory practice of 60 people within 3 years.

14 years consulting experience across private and public sector business transformations.  Passionate about transforming business performance through improved customer experience and service whether in a B2B or B2C context.
