As a transformation and change expert, I’ve led complex transformations, integrations, and turnarounds, often stepping in as interim Transformation Director, Change Director, Strategy Director, Programme Director, COO, or CEO. I have worked across various industries, including financial services, fintech, insurance, investment management, legal, utilities, retail, media, and PE-backed businesses. My expertise spans business agility, technology simplification, and customer proposition redesign, creating sustainable impact and leaving organisations stronger than I found them.

I’ve delivered programmes exceeding £100 million, led teams of more than 400 people, and created measurable results, including 30 percent cost reductions, a £265 million uplift in enterprise value, successful regulatory recoveries, and scalable digital platforms.
