Without prior experience, I applied to Uber Center of Excellence Manila and performed as the 2 in our assessment among the 18 new hires. Considering that most of my co hires have experiences in the BPO industry. 

The top 6 was assigned to the new line of business that Uber have which is the UBER for Business.

Being in this Line of Business required us to perform without an established system, meaning from time to time if a new concern is encountered we will create a process for that. And also, this is the biggest account that Uber has since it is mainly focused on partnering with businesses giving them an access to Uber for Business dashboard after creating an account, from there they can schedule trips, give codes and monitor trip history for their employees or candidate for new hires.
