In order to prepare the deployment of a new project I redacted several organizational documents such as: the training manual, the training plan, parts of the quality plan, handbooks and tutorials, different procedures and methodologies, etc.

- Providing support from a stress point of view to the Material Review Board (MRB) team located on site
- Creation and technical validation of clear and concise reports of completed repairs (for both internal and external issue), the so called "Derogations"​ or "Concessions" 
- Working within company standard procedures and stress handbook methods

- Providing technical validation for my team members
- Updating and improving validation methodologies
- Conception of the formation documents

I have more than 14 years of experience in leading teams and projects and working with various customers from governmental agencies to large space system integrators.

My technical expertise is focused on mechanical and thermal hardware for the space field. Through the years I have been leading space technology development projects developing hardware such as thermal straps, radiators, additive manufactured structures, deployable structures (e.g. antennas), MLI, MGSE and special manufacturing processes.

Besides the technical topics, I have been very interested and have been involved whenever I had the chance to in fields like: business development, proposal writing, space product assurance, cleanroom operations and procedures, space project management, entrepreneurship and business strategy and space-related training and lectures.
 
Very open to multicultural project teams and able to keep a conversation going in 5 languages.
