Die Sportindustrie ist in mehrfacher Hinsicht eine besondere Branche, eingebettet in ein Spannungsfeld, das kaum komplexer sein könnte : Emotionalität, Medienfokus, Co-Kreation in der Wertschöpfung, enge Kooperation bei starker Konkurrenz, Leistungstransparenz, teils geschlossene Produktmärkte bei offenem Sportlermarkt und viele Sportclubs sind kulturelles Artefakt und Kapitalgesellschaft sowie Investorenspielzeug und Herzensangelegenheit gleichzeitig.

Ich beschäftige mich mit der Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen für Rechtehalter im Sport. Die oben genannten Aspekte sind dabei kritische Wegweiser einer jeden Diskussion um Strategie. Wie können Sportorganisationen ihre Strategie, ihre Operations sowie ihre Produkte und Dienstleistungen zukunftsfähig ausrichten, ohne ihre kulturellen Wurzeln überzustrapazieren, und die Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholder erfolgreich steuern? Meine persönlichen Interessens und Beratungsschwerpunkte liegen auf Web3-Strategien, Innovationsmanagement, Due Dilligence- und Investoren-Prozessen sowie Nachhaltigkeit im (Profi-)Sport.
