I led and worked with a 15 diverse students from around the county and many students from around the world. I engineered the first election anyone could remember of Student Government members in 2 weeks as the Student Government President. I taught leadership that required elections 3 of the following 4 semesters and changed the retention rate in Student Government from almost zero beyond the Executive Board to most members in one semester.
I prepared and led meetings, prepared budgets, showed members how to prepare and present project proposals to Administration. 
I engaged with students and helped them find services and increase their perspective of self worth.

I am a Developer driven by a deep calling to help individuals build their self-esteem. Having faced my own struggles with self-esteem, I have become a life experience expert in understanding how personal value is shaped. I believe that self-esteem reflects how we perceive our worth, often influenced by the interpretations and feedback we receive from others.

Throughout my life, I have gained a wealth of experience in various fast-paced and challenging environments. From growing up around livestock, machinery, and fire to working in fields like conservation, wildland fire management, and emergency response, I’ve developed a unique skill set. My career has included roles in ambulance and first responder situations, large machinery operation, construction, equipment troubleshooting and repair, and building system evaluation.

Despite the technical challenges I’ve faced, I’ve found that communication is often the most difficult yet crucial aspect of my work. Through my journey, I’ve discovered that active listening is one of the most powerful tools for helping others recognize their value. By truly hearing people, I can help them see themselves more clearly and, in turn, boost their self-esteem.

People inherently know why they are special, but they often struggle to see the value in who they are. I help them by identifying and reflecting back some of the special traits they reveal to me.

Emotional healing is a vital topic for many people. How often do you ever hear good advice on how that is done? Our bodies innately know how to heal from cuts and bruises. However, emotional healing is rarely something our minds know how to accomplish.

Everyone has struggled with self-esteem issues. The key is being able to move forward and not have them create stumbling blocks in our adult lives. My journey to heal from shame-based thinking, included insights which allowed me to help others in an applicable form. These were complied in my book, "Shame On Me - Healing a Life of Shame-Based Thinking". 
The book has changed my life as well as the course of my life's work.  It is my passion to help others get a better understanding of who they are. I feel blessed and humbled all at the same time.

Authoring my first book has been a dream come true. It has been a phenomenal experience and one which I believe will change my life's work. I have always enjoyed helping people raise their own potential. As a salesperson, that has been the joy in my work.

I have authored my first book and am thrilled with the outcome. Doing what you love is the measure of success. Having the ability to do that for full time work is a definite goal and one which I will gladly continue.
The best thing about what I do is helping creative people go beyond where they thought imagination could take them. Designers are uniquely creative and it is amazing to observe them put together colors and patterns. The companies I represent allow their imaginations to soar at new heights. 
We work in tandem to create projects that go beyond their expectations. We also can help value engineer so the integrity of the design remains.
Becoming a resource for designers rather than restricting their choices is my goal. It has been a pleasure for nearly 20 years to be involved in phenomenal projects all across the country and even throughout the globe.
