Watermelon is best thing ever for shredding your abs.

It’s packed with amino acids.

When I am sculpting my abs and body, I eat lots of beef and lots of watermelon. 

Peanuts and watermelon I love after a workout in the tropics.

And add in some black sesame seeds for the protein and your abs and thigh tone will start to POP.

Life is to be traveled, explored, alchemized and created.

I stumbled upon this whimsical scene last week as I perused the alleys and walking streets of the Nimman region in Chiang Mai. 

As I came upon this alley filled with fairy lights and mesmerizing color, I felt as if I was immediately teleported back to the alleys and winding side streets of Venice Beach, California.

This scene took me back to the chapter of my life where I used to ride my bicycle thru the neighborhoods of Venice (CA) as all the residents turned on their effortlessly-hung-to-perfection fairy lights gracing the cacti and white picket fences.

Isn’t it wild how you can travel all the way around the world and still be taken back to a memorable chapter of many years prior in your life story?!

So many destinations around the world.

Yet, so many synchronicities.

Does our soul belong in one place?

Are we meant to have only one home base?

I beg to differ. I believe this planet that we call our home is to be explored, to be documented and to be deeply lived in.

Where are two places that you have felt de ja vu in?!
