Working across all Federal accounts and capabilities at AFS’ San Antonio location, promote awareness and adoption of Lean-Agile values, principles, processes and technical practices. Consult with clients and account teams on effective patterns for transformation and high-quality delivery. Provide thought leadership to enable accounts to grow their Lean-Agile practice. Provide sales and BD support at the account, sector and portfolio level. 

Primary focus falls into four key areas:

Delivery Support - Jumpstart new Agile projects by helping client teams understand Agile, onboard key roles, execute Sprint Zero. Work closely with project leadership to assess organizational impediments, measure flow and develop strategies for continuously improving. 

Thought Leadership - Collaborate with the AFS Agile Institute, Accenture LLP,  and the industry as a whole to promote local adoption of our corporate capabilities, and industry best practices. 

Education - Provide classroom training to project teams and clients in our ICAgile accredited courses and the Scaled Agile (SAFe) curriculum. 

Sales Enablement - Play an active role in supporting business development and proposal efforts for Agile opportunities across all accounts.

•	Enabled FEMA's Records Management Division (RMD) the capability to hold bi-monthly RLO and RC teleconferences in which critical information, schedules, and compliance topics were discussed.
•	Created numerous standard operating procedure (SOP) documents as an instructional tool for management personnel (Directors, Assistant Administrators, and Regional Administrators) providing them with the process of how to officially appoint FEMA Records Liaison Officers (RLO) and Records Custodians (RC).
•	Monitored project performance to identify areas of improvement and make adjustments.

•	Project Manager supporting Washington Headquarters Services' (WHS) ability to manage the Pentagon's facility maintenance condition assessment.
•	Implemented a manual tool, entitled the condition assessment management system (CAMS), which was deployed to Pentagon technician personnel, enabling the capability of tracking, monitoring and resolving deficiencies.
•	Analyzed 5.083 deficiencies equaling (~144M) and developed work packages.
•	Developed and trained approximately 35 key stakeholders for 65+ hours on re-engineered condition assessment management system (CAMS) process improvements and resources established within the tool.

•	Project Manager supporting the Federal Business Systems Office (FBSO) as the manager of the Federal Business Systems Office (FBSO) Help Desk.
•	Established a project team with International Business Machines (IBM), specializing in the customization of asset management data applicable to the Federal Business Systems Office (FBSO) business requirements through the Maximo software solution.
•	Managed the deployment of personal digital assistant (PDA) devices, electronically synced with the customized Maximo software solution which developed and analyzed facility and operational work orders and preventative maintenance schedules throughout the Pentagon to achieve improved accountability.
•	Conducted and ensured quality control/audits of facility work orders and preventative maintenance tasks via inspections.
•	Created daily reports exhibiting new, open, in-progress, and recently closed service request.
•	Documented data errors, applied timely corrective measures and produced reports as required for Department of Defense (DOD) leadership.
