Business Development Representative - SMB

Chevron

- Took over the American Axle account which is an important customer of the
Chevron Lubricants Business Support Team (LBST). Worked with Business consultants , plants and carriers.
- Trained Chevron Mexico team with SAP and Chevron business point usage - Resulted to less CSR work since Chevron Mexico learned how to update orders themselves.
- Trained the Lubricants Business Support Team (LBST) and international colleagues on how to create and use Macros in Salesforce lightning.
- Took over Walmart Account as a Customer Sales Associate which is a big driver of sales for Chevron LBST. Put processes in place to ensure that loads are scheduled and picked up on time.to maximize OTIF performance.

Account Manager

- Consistently awarded with the most number of orders processed (ordering team) with minimal incidents (Contributed to the ordering team’s SLA)
- Trained intercompany customers on how to process orders/invoices - resulted to less work by the ordering team, as customers now know how to utilize Chevron Business point (Chevron customer portal)
- Driver of scripts and macro usage in salesforce - helped in lowering down ergonomic risks of colleagues
-Handled the Walmart account and worked with different stakeholders to ensure that the orders were delivered on time/complete(plants, carriers, customer sales associates)
- Responsible for training new employees
- Promoted to customer sales associate position
