First and foremost, I’m a husband and the proud, goofy dad of 4.5 kids (the “.5” is our dog, Chase—who is convinced he’s the actual head of HR in our home). Family keeps me grounded, humbled, and reminded daily that meaning isn’t something we chase—it’s something we intentionally create.

Professionally, I’m a keynote speaker, researcher, consultant, philanthropist, and CEO of Work Meaningful.
