Before I started my dream job, I worked in marketing strategy for around 15 years in Amsterdam, New York, Chicago, Singapore, and finally, Ho Chi Minh City. 

I spoke at conferences across the world and wrote for a large number of publications. I then made my "life pivot" in 2017, when I decided to pursue my "Ikigai" of letting people find their purpose and design their everyday life towards it.

I spend time not “working” with my wife and son.

I'm a workspace technologist, with extensive backend web development experience. 

But in short that just means I love exploring opportunities to make workspaces more manageable, rewarding, accessible and flexible through interconnected technology. 

Since 2013, I've placed myself at the intersection of how flexible workspaces are setup, managed, marketed, filled, enriched and expanded through technology. 

In 2014 I founded included.co and grew it to the most widely used coworking member benefits platform, before bringing in a Global Head of Operations in 2021 to continue running the company. 

In November 2019 I cofounded Syncaroo to connect the fractured ecosystem of property technology solutions used to manage, book, and fill flex workplaces. With a private beta launched in mid-2021, we've already built the unified synchronization layer, and numerous integrations, to help 100s of workspace operators take back thousands of hours from manual tedious and repetitive cross-platform workflows. 

In late 2022, I turned my personal reading list into a weekly newsletter called This Week In Coworking highlighting some of the news, trends and shifts others may have missed. 

Outside of flex workspaces I've advised or helped implement a cross-platform multivendor e-commerce marketplace, the  encrypted authentication flow for an API-first support & security startup, and numerous backend and syncing products and solutions for WordPress-powered websites and online stores.
