Before I started my dream job, I worked in marketing strategy for around 15 years in Amsterdam, New York, Chicago, Singapore, and finally, Ho Chi Minh City. 

I spoke at conferences across the world and wrote for a large number of publications. I then made my "life pivot" in 2017, when I decided to pursue my "Ikigai" of letting people find their purpose and design their everyday life towards it.

I spend time not “working” with my wife and son.

• Communicated: Collaborate with Content Creator to develop content, channel, and timeline for internal communication and external communication through Facebook, LinkedIn, and email. Building strong relationships with insiders and communicating with them promptly to ensure activities are organized helps to increase employee experience and employee engagement and to ensure they attend and get value. As a result, it enhances employer branding and supports marketing.
• Leaded: Be in the leadership team, and oversee the Employee Experience Executives to ensure quality delivery. Coordinate individuals and teams to work as one team.

•	Assign and train team to put the house into operation smoothly day by day under the categories: legal, guest experience, maintenance, finance and business development.
•	Control revenue, money sources and report to the owners on performance, profit and loss.

•	Passed the Management Trainee Program: Room preparation (cleaning and quality checking), Pronunciation and communication, Messaging, Check-in and checkout.
•	Daily operation: check-in and checkout, prepare guest rooms (quality control and walk-through), make cleaning schedule, get messages from Airbnb, Booking.com and Website, answer the guest’s inquiry and special request.
•	Guest experience: control the reviews from Airbnb, Booking.com and TripAdvisor, deal with customer complaints, create plans for enhancing the customer experience (Decoration, Honesty breakfast plan, Eco-friendly space, …), organize events for hosts and guests.
•	Operation: create and follow the listing on Airbnb, adjust the room rate, contribute to achieve the hurdle rate, do the expenses, control supplies and fridge.
•	Maintenance: be aware of the house property system, understand the structure of the house, make periodic warranty and make sure they operate well.
•	Being a point of contact for directly solving problems and coordinating with other teams such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, Accountant, Booking, Guest Experience, Legal and Leadership team.
