I came across a post my brother wrote about me 12 years ago.. and it stopped me.
Back then, there was no title, no roadmap — just a constant pull toward building, fixing, and selling things.

Looking at it now, what stands out isn’t the grind. 

It’s that the pattern never really changed.. only the discipline, the systems, and the scale did.

That same journey led to pushing $60M+ in revenue (GlobalGeeks Inc.), and eventually to AI software (B2B Rocket) as part of a publicly listed group today.

Early on, effort was the only system.
Now it’s about structure, leverage, and building things that last.

Growth wasn’t about becoming someone new.
It was about refining what was already there.
