Gathered and synthesised market research data on executive education on the major urban centres of South America, considering competitors, income, real estate growth rate and proximity to urban hubs to determine the best location for new franchises. 

Designed and built a value-based scenario analysis model, including variables from competitive market intelligence to improve pricing accuracy and ROI for new franchises and present financial benefits to potential investors. Identified and conducted presentations to potential investors, successfully testing the new strategy and the price structure for new franchises.
