Don’t chase them.

Disconnect yourself from making money.

One of the biggest mistakes I see nowadays is…

Chasing "no-show" prospects.
(aka showing them you need money).

The main consequence?
You look needy, pushy, and you lose leads that could be interested in the future.

What people usually do is sending 83736 follow-ups.
↳ needy.

What I do is one single follow-up to understand if they want to reschedule.
↳ polite, authoritative.

Don’t chase butterflies…

They’ll fly away.

Take care of your garden.

And they’ll start coming to you.

"10 minutes a day on LinkedIn is enough to fill up your calendar".

Yes, and LinkedIn is full of LIES.

Three years ago, when I first used LinkedIn to find clients, I spent three hours a day on it. Every day.

I was a 15-year-old copywriter wannabe.

No case studies.
No authority.
Zero relevance in the market.

Today, I spend 30 minutes a day on LinkedIn because 70% of the work is delegated.

But here’s what I’d do if I were starting from scratch again:

1. Optimise my profile
Tagline, banner, about section, proof. 
Make it clear who I help and how.

2. Send connections
Max out Sales Navigator (200/week). Target tightly.

3. Do outreach
Start a conversation with every single person who accepts the connection request.

4. Post content
Once a day.
Lead magnets, personal stories, practical value, timely topics.

5. Use lead magnets properly
Not just to go viral. A lead magnet is a sales asset you can send to almost any prospect to move them forward.

6. Comment strategically
Add useful comments under viral posts to drive targeted eyeballs to your profile.

Eventually, once you’ve found a winning approach (content, outreach, or both), you can start delegating/automating.

And yes, you can get away with “only 10 minutes a day” on LinkedIn.

Cold emails are annoying?

Yes, but they work.

This morning I read yet another post trashing outbound.

More people complaining.
Fewer people using outbound channels.

The problem isn’t the channel.
It’s the METHOD.

If you send pushy emails…

You’ll always get the same reaction:
