MANUP? is a Men's Mental Health Charity that was founded in 2019 and formally became a Charity in July 2021. Its purpose is to de-stigmatize men's mental health and this is done via podcasts, videos, events, and more.

Our work has been used by magazines, national and local news quite frequently. This is a role that I fully enjoyed I developed my skills working within a large team whilst also having the ability to lead in a management role. I was quickly promoted, having started as an assistant manager, within a few weeks I had shown my ability in this role and was responsible for managing a store where I increased the gross profit from 10k per week to over 35k in a short amount of time, this stayed consistent for well over 3 months. My success in this role led to me managing multiple stores in the region.

•	Maintaining 3 to 5 stores which regularly included Chelmsford, Ipswich, Witham and Subury 
•	Maintaining cash flows by accounting for tills, safes, and ordering stock and monitoring staff levels.
•	Working with extremely tight staffing budgets to keep all stores open from 8am to 8pm.
•	Training staff on all levels from cleaners, security and cashiers.
•	Locking up and securing stores. 
•	Keeping track of stock, ordering and reporting back to head office. 
•	Working with team members of all levels to increase profit via improving store layouts, out of store promotion, listing to shoppers and giving them feedback.
