During the day, I partner with companies of all sizes to help solve staffing problems - typically through augmenting and scaling IT and  Engineering organizations. 

Most often this means working directly with technical leadership and hiring managers to find the right person for their specific need or through SOW solutions. Sometimes this means partnering with internal HR and TA leadership to come alongside their team to meet aggressive hiring plans.  

Either situation requires trust, communication and an understanding of the larger business objective. 

Over the last 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of creating great relationships and supporting some very smart people who are solving big problems.  

After hours (and between meetings), I have conversations with people about their goals, dreams, passions, jobs, visions for the future, and how to ensure their personal economy is not dictated by the overall economy.  

Many in this camp are what I call “professionally frustrated”… they thought their dream job would translate into their dream lifestyle, but their “passion” just turned into sacrifice.
