One in ten jobs in the North West are now in the creative and digital industries. The purpose of UTC@MediaCityUK is to swell the pool of talent for the industry to recruit from. My role is to help UTC@MediaCityUK bring the gap between the creative digital industry and the next generation of it's workers. 

Why? 

Because the creative and digital industries depend on innovation, so it’s vital that skills continually evolve. Yet it’s also widely accepted that there’s a shortage of people with the necessary abilities – whether academic, technical or practical – to meet the industries’ needs.

My clients come from a huge range of sectors but include over 30 of the global 500, many of the biggest names in tech and finance, as well as government institutions such as NASA. I usually work direct, or through a third party such as a research/innovation provider, marketing or events agency.
