Working closely with the Technical and HR Directors, I developed and improved the company's services and business models, and managed budget planning and P&L.

Through my efforts, Proxiad Bulgaria was able to streamline its operations and improve its overall performance, leading to increased revenue and customer satisfaction.

During my time at Proxiad Bulgaria, I had the opportunity to take on the role of Head of Recruitment Business Partners, in addition to my existing role as Business Operations Director. I replaced a colleague who was on maternity leave, and I was able to quickly transition into the role, thanks to my experience and expertise in business operations.
