An AI raised a fund. Now it's deploying capital. And we all have questions.

Boardy started as a super-connector, an AI that calls founders and investors, learns what makes them tick, and brokers warm introductions between people who should know each other.

50,000+ conversations later, founders started asking Boardy to invest in their rounds, specifically their oversubscribed rounds. Top-tier firms already committed.

So Boardy launched a fund.

Boardy Ventures has attracted $300M in LP interest and recruited 1,000+ scouts globally with 50% carry.

There's still a human in the loop, Andrew D'Souza has final say on investments. But the sourcing, the relationship-building, the initial evaluation all happen through AI at a scale no human GP could match.

This raises real questions for emerging managers:

→ If an AI can source deals through thousands of founder conversations, what does that mean for human GPs?
→ If founders are finding their VCs through AI, how does that impact IRL ecosystems?
→ If an AI can warm up LP relationships before a human gets on the phone, how does fundraising change?
