* Re-imagined internal Organizational Health efforts to properly gauge and improve staff satisfaction as well as to increase talent density through manager coaching and personnel development. 

* Overhauled and shepherded the strategic planning process for the organization and its 10 distinct teams (150 employees) as well developed and maintained metrics to ensure progress towards objectives.

* Set the vision and ensure alignment of internal data, operations, and information technologies efforts to larger strategic goals for a 35MM/year organization of 150 staff; directed and developed team staff of 12 as well as overseeing 10+ teams of consultants and 49 distinct information systems that empower a state wide organization with a geographically distributed staff.

* Created a new civic and engagement data team to provide cross-team operational and data support to community organizing as well as voter registration and electoral efforts throughout the state. Increased the number of contacts 4x (from 65k to 243k) in the organization’s database in just 2 years.

* Created a new on-boarding process and training program to integrate new hires into CCSA's culture and speed up transition into the organization’s complex work streams. New employees reported a 96% satisfaction rate with the new onboarding experience.  

* Developed and delivered real-time data dashboards for all teams across the state to ensure transparency and alignment to mission and vision, and to facilitate the yearly strategic planning process. Efforts also resulted in increased adoption of data tools, improved overall data quality, drove collaboration and accountability, and streamlined grant writing and reporting.

* Deployed a Single-Sign-On solution, moved organization into a single database (Salesforce), implemented a document collaboration platform (Box). As a Senior Marketing Manager and Creative Ad Producer, I have led the development and production of various ad campaigns across multiple channels. Here are a few examples of my campaigns:

Multi-channel campaign for a new product launch of SAAS software for the largest independent creator of Industrial software, IAMTech: 

Having agreed a product focus with the company CEO, I budgeted, planned and executed a multi-channel campaign and launched a sub brand, IAMTech Americas. This included product videos for organic SEO , on the website, for Google video ads. 

The campaign also involved the creation of lead magnets, where we got industry experts to write white-paper, customer case study videos, which were utilised email campaigns in. The videos showcased the product's features and benefits, while the videos focused on customer testimonials. The Linkedin Campaign was carefully targeted by industry, job titles, region and seniority.  The campaign resulted in a significant increase in sales and brand awareness.

Additionally, I led website optimisation analysis, using tools like mouseflow to analyze the customer journey and implement changes to increase website enquiries by 127%. Changes included, adding videos, adding forms to the top fold of pages, and removing the ‘so whats?’ From the website copy. information on pages, adding an oil and gas multinational £5m contract.

Mediamerge - Classroom Observation: I spearheaded the development of a A series of educational resources. I ran marketing campaigns using radio ads, email advertising, fax, google ads and many more resulting in sales to over 3000 schools, the department of education, and even ofsted, the governing body . I developed a youtube channel that has over 2m views that drives traffic to the site and sales. Implemented chat facility and free trials. Sourced printed publications, doing full spread national advertising. Also have spoken on various radion stations about the project.
