Helped to co-found Boomer Home Loans, a specialist fintech lender for people over 55, after recognising the glaring need to incorporate the family home in whole-of-wealth retirement planning.

Head of SMB Sales - Honeywell Forge 

Responsible for managing the Inside Sales Team at Sine for APAC (now Honeywell Forge Visitor & Contractor Management). 

Leading a team of Demand Generation (SDRs) and SMB Account Executives (AEs) consisting of six direct reports across Australia and the Philippines.

Inside Sales Manager - (formerly Sine)

Player/ Coach -- As a Team Lead at Sine (now Honeywell Forge Visitor and Contractor Management), I was responsible for the coaching, training and development of six direct reports (Four SMB AEs and Two SDRs) while managing a full sales quota. 

As a team lead, I conducted bi-weekly 1:1s with my peers, initiated monthly boot camps focused on sales skills development, product training, and peer-to-peer coaching. I played a key role in the development and implementation of Sine's SMB Sales Process. I was able to double Sine's market share within the Department for Education by collaborating with marketing to execute a targeted acquisition campaign aimed at public schools. 

During my time as a team lead at Sine, I oversaw the successful training of five direct reports while managing to achieve over 170% of my 2021 individual quota and achieving quota in Q1 2022.

Team Lead, SMB - (formerly Sine)

In this role, my responsibilities focused on driving successful sales outcomes for Sine (now Honeywell Forge Visitor and Contractor Management) in the SMB and MM sectors. I leveraged a solutions-oriented approach to exceed my revenue objectives and new business outcomes to overachieve against my quota. 

Key Highlights:
- Averaged a 24-day sales cycle against a 45-day benchmark. 
- Achieved KPIs by exceeding budget every quarter in 2021 with 163 opportunities won. 
- Maintained key SBI metrics, managed CRM and forecasting with a business owner mindset. 
- Exceeded revenue targets by over 170% in CY 2021.

Senior Account Executive - (formerly Sine)

In this role, I was responsible for connecting my clients with their customers by developing audio-led marketing strategies to grow their business. I worked across an unrivalled portfolio of multimedia platforms including radio, streaming, podcasting, digital and social.

Throughout my time at SCA, I employed an entrepreneurial mindset to grow my client base, building a healthy portfolio of spending clients from the ground up. This investment in my business paid off while the industry was facing unprecedented challenges during COVID-19, where I exceeded expectations, growing revenues by 114%.

This success was driven by a laser focus on basic sales skills, utilising both competitive data and traditional prospecting methods to generate new business opportunities. Averaging over 100 cold calls and meeting with at least five new businesses weekly. 

My time at SCA ensured I became a skilled negotiator. Winning competitive pitches and market share from rival networks. Within this environment, I maintained client loyalty by constructing strategic, multi-platform marketing campaigns, and deploying industry-leading post-campaign reporting to ensure clients could quantify their marketing budget and justify further investment. 

Instrumental to my success was my ability to navigate cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In a year when the advertising industry was facing its toughest challenge in decades, the trusted relationships I fostered between both my clients and my peers enabled me to deliver exceptional campaign execution and revenue outcomes.

As part of the launch team in Adelaide, I was responsible for jointly executing Uber Eats growth strategy to scale locally, positioning Uber Eats as the preferred partner for online food delivery across Adelaide.

My primary responsibilities:     
• Supported Uber Eats growth objectives in Adelaide, Australia as part of the scale-up team.  
• Successfully executed zone expansion from inner-city suburbs to the wider metro region. 
• Managed a healthy sales pipeline, executing a cold sales strategy alongside inbound sales.
• Collaborated with operations and marketing to deliver maximum value for partners and ensure expansion was operationally possible. 

Key Highlights:
• Highest performing sales executive in Adelaide of all time.
• Second-highest performing national Sales Executive in 2017, Australia-wide. 
• Introduced Uber Eats to over 250 restaurants that were successfully onboarded, generating $2m in revenue over twelve months.

Having been brought up in a family that runs two successful businesses in rural Australia, I intimately understand the needs of an SME business owner. After all, I am one myself - having started Fruity Boys in 2021 and built a successful AirBnB portfolio with my partner Michael. Through this experience, I’ve come to understand that SMBs often struggle to implement the technology advancements they need to compete with larger competitors, either due to a lack of resources, time or knowledge. This is why I’m passionate about leading teams that partner with SMB owners to understand their problems and provide the support they need to make the right decision for their business to scale quickly, and profitably.

I have three years of experience building and leading Demand Generation and Account executive teams and get a thrill out of guiding others to success in their roles and careers more broadly.  

In my current role at Sine by Honeywell I’m responsible for driving pipeline growth across the business as well as leading SMB growth objectives.
