Supporting International Consumer Finance Company with IBMi modernization with an integration to GDS Link, Castel Cloud integration, and maintence support using RPG IV, RPG/Free, and COBOL. 

Castel Cloud integration between 2 IBMi machines for an upgrade to the Collections Department Phone Dialer. An integrated project dealing with testing, project plans.

Essential support to GDS Link project coordinating with IBM i team, Web programmers to ensure successful project development, testing, completion, and production support directly leading to company growth and cost savings. 

Lead updating wiki instructions to aid IT department with system support. Update reports to eliminate manual steps in processes, which reduces error potentials.

Senior IBMi Programmer

Arrow International, Inc.

•Supporting existing software with PRMS ERP using IBM i RPG, SQL Server 2016, and SSIS.  
•Full design and development of software on complex projects through entire life cycle. Communicating and coordinating with team members completing projects successfully, on time, and on budget. 
•Improving efficiency by 85% by designing a process to automatically load AP freight and vendor invoices.  
• Improved accuracy by 90% by an innovative designed solution with an IBM i process to automatically load, match, and post AR bank batches into PRMS ERP.  
• Extensive enhancements automating the freight calculations processes in freight entry into PRMS ERP with Canada Fed Ex, Wordship UPS, and UK Mail Consignor).  This directly reduced invoicing errors by 90%.   
• Responsible for maintaining and loading freight rates for CzarLite, LTL, TL, Fuel Surcharge 
 rates. 
• Extensive improvements in Labor processes to interface with ADP. Upgrades to Labor Entry and time reporting eliminated payroll balancing errors and streamlined weekly payroll.  
• Extensive work in leasing to upgraded multiple software packages, including Lease Orders and Site Setups.  These applications started as IBM i solutions.  Upgraded to intranet applications calling the IBM i processes automatically during an ETL.  This took coordination with multiple team members and key users. 
• Innovative creation of leasing reporting application Regulatory State Reporting, was supported by the prior creation of Lease Orders and Site Setup.  Met and consulted with end users’ requests.
• Replaced a manually maintained spreadsheet to an integrated, on-demand, real time, searchable application that has become an invaluable resource well beyond the original design.  
• Provided support, invaluable resource for electronic gaming startup in OH.  This consisted of a coordinated solution withNew Product Department’s technical lead to quickly install 300+ VFW and Legion Halls electronic machines within a week turn around.
