• Drove and delivered on initiatives for Rakuten Canada’s website, app, and browser extensions by developing high-level requirements and converting them into functional tech specifications.
• Directed and guided UI designers, product owners, and developers to build impactful user experiences with the use of data, wireframes, mockups, user testing and a human-centred design framework.
• Boosted the browser extension from -5% to over 200% year-over-year growth by building a new user acquisition flow and introducing new features to iterate on the overall user experience.
• Optimized the signup rate by 27% and a new user's first purchase conversation rate by 119% on the mobile website.
• Orchestrated the product side of Ebates Canada's rebrand to Rakuten Canada across the website, app, and browser extension whilst sustaining 10% growth.
