ITC internship was all about increase in Sales. I worked under the Personal Care Products segment with the Brand named 'Fiama Di Wills' and 'Engage'.
Worked in Big Bazaar store which is a key account of ITC where in I did direct sales to the customers. I had a tight competition from the Hindustan Unilever brands which was Pears and Dove which was promoted by the experienced promoter.
'Fiama Di Wills Gel Bar' was a new entry which didn't have many buyers and the sales were really pathetic but I made an increase in the sales and I was awarded an incentive by my Head Mr. Arun Kumar(then the Area Sales Officer). Undertook an aggressive sales promotion technique so as to beat the competitors sales.
