Currently Marketing & Communications Manager at UtilityCloud, where I'm the only in-house marketer working to make a Norwegian energy tech company visible across Europe. Our sales cycles are 12 months long. Nobody googles our name. So I build awareness through LinkedIn, industry events, and making sure our team shows up consistently where our buyers already are.

 

Before this, I spent 15 years across media production, digital marketing, and strategic communication. I started my career as a TV presenter and journalist, which taught me one thing: if you can't hold someone's attention in the first 3 seconds, nothing else matters.

 

I speak at conferences about building brand presence for scale-ups in industries where nobody searches for your name.

With over 25 years of international experience in enterprise sales, digital innovation, and scaling tech businesses, I bring a rare combination of strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution. My career spans key global roles in automotive (Volvo Cars), IT services (EDS/HP), SaaS, and e-commerce. I'm equally at home advising scale-ups or driving 8-figure enterprise deals.

As CEO and co-founder of Appello, I built a globally scaled GPS navigation platform, winning +25 operator deals (Telia, Telenor, TIM, Airtel, MTN, etc.) and global OEM partnerships with Sony Ericsson and LG, reaching 60 million users in 100+ markets.

At Invencon, I scaled a consulting business from 0 to 22 consultants and 25 MSEK in TO, and served as an advisor to startups. 

As co-founder of Zipplify, I developed a patented self-storage IoT lock, which was acquired by Assa Abloy in 2022 and successfully launched 2024.

Most recently, I served as Founder and CEO of Renable, a GenAI-based martech platform used by leading retailers like NetOnNet, Webhallen, Kjell, and Byggmax. I built custom AI models, managed GTM, fundraising, and drove commercial growth across channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc).

Deeply fluent in the modern marketing & sales tech stack: CRM, email automation, AI-enabled prospecting, and pipeline planning. I understand attribution models, paid media efficiency, and how to scale digital content across the funnel.

Above all, I thrive where strategy meets execution — whether it's GTM design, founder-led sales, or aligning product, sales, and marketing around clear positioning and modern tools.
