Adventure MC tours of Norway

I guided various groups of around 10 motorcycle riders for four whole days straight. The tours stretched around the Nor/Swe boarder och offered the rider various adventurous riding on gravel roads, forrest roads and trails. The event was highly appreciated and many of the riders developed their riding a lot during the event. My responsibilities included leading the riders, navigating the route with a GPS while maintaining a good flow and a great experience for the riders.
The event was arranged by Björn-Magne Broen and I was chosen to be part of the 12 riders strong guide group consisting of many experienced riders and guides.

The best part about riding in groups and especially when guiding is show people that; When we depend on each other, nothing is impossible. We can and will overcome all obstacles no matter what your instinct tells you.

Solid Fitness Challenge 2016

Solid Fitness Challenge  is a big competition event within the Crossfit scene in Sweden. The competition is held at Stockholm Stadion the 20nd och 21st of August 2016.

My responsibilities were:
Equipment design and assembly
Event layout drawings
Event planning
Responsible for equipment and event courses during the two competition days.
Operative leading of a large group of  awsome event volunteers.
Responsible for commissioning, competition operation and decomissioning of all events.

The role required tight cooperation with the project manager and other event groups.

The competition is arranged by Swedens finest Crossfit box, Crossfit Solid.

My responsibilities are:

Operative responsible for equipment and event courses during the two competition days including managing functionaries.
Operative leading of a large group of event volunteers.

The role requires tight cooperation with the program manager, the Course Manager, the Assistant Construction Manager and the Head Judge.

The competition is arranged by Swedens finest Crossfit box, Crossfit Solid.

The board consisted of 5 board members and the total member count was approximately 150 exployees which was all members of The Swedish Association of Graduate Engineers and all SACO associations.
I was the Chairman of the board where my responsibilities was to lead the group of board members and to coordinate and conduct negotiations with the company representatives. Other responsibilities was to coordinate and conduct improvement measures for the members of Rejlers local branch.
I was one of the few that founded and built up the whole structure and organisation of this union branch.

Young Professionals is a working committee of Swedish Federation of Consulting Engineers and Architects (Svenska Teknik och Designföretagen) and consists of around 15 young professionals from the member companies of the federation.

The committee is assigned to work with specific measures to raise the awareness of member companies among young people, students, and other young professionals within the industry.

During my mandate time, two consecturive years, the committee creatad a thoroughly founded website and associated social network for aspiring engineering consultants, engineering students and other young professionals with curiousness regarding the engineering consultancy and architectural world.

During my second mandate year I was operative leader of a small group of board members with the responsibility of Networking and surveying of universities and students.
