As a Director of Sales I contributed to the strategy and planning activities of the sales function and Identified and developed new sources of business for the hotel. 
I led and Coached a team of 6 in the decision making process for optimal account management and I monitored and evaluated sales team’s performance.

Self-employment, working from London on the family’s company’s short, medium and long term’s strategy. I successfully led the project to access European funds with the purpose of developing the business in order to increase competitiveness in the European Market. 
I helped establish, together with another 5 local businesses, an agriculture cooperative that entitles the members to purchasing discounts and access to powerful buyers.
