✔ Evaluated the suitability of MRPeasy as the chosen manufacturing resource planning platform for SME clients. Conducted in-depth assessments and stakeholder interviews to produce a comprehensive RAG suitability report and deliver the implementation plan.

CLIENT: Travis Perkins / BSS Industrial
✔ Steered the programme delivery of all business change activity across 9 sub-workstreams and 33 business deployment projects on one of the biggest ERP transformation programmes in the UK. Worked with leadership and C-level stakeholders to govern and ensure the business was ready for the go-live of the Infor M3 and CloudSuite solution.

✔ Drove the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP as part of a transformation ahead of an IPO. Managed the process re-engineering BPR with stakeholders and MS Gold ERP partner to tailor the solution for sales ordering and pricing depts.

Hired to provide expertise in the areas of business analysis, project management and dealer training packages for a £43m international change programme. As part of this initiative, I bridged the gap between national sales companies, regional offices and central teams, as well as establishing a customised PRINCE2 methodology with the PMO.

✔ Implemented the client’s first standardised global vehicle ordering system (CVOS), generating £2.35m in annual cost savings and 100% vehicle order transparency.

Meadowmead is a £10m premium furniture manufacturer who owns the John Sankey and Henderson Russell brands and supplies John Lewis through its own brand, iD. 

Attained fast-track promotion via series of increasingly responsible positions and was brought on board to manage a £680k cost centre and direct strategic initiatives including lean-in-office continuous improvement programmes, policy deployments and software solutions rollouts. My scope of responsibility also included managing cross-functional teams of 23 technical, shop-floor and customer support staff.

✔ Improved margins by 5%, throughput by 30%, turnover by 20% and cash flow by 25% whilst reducing overhead by 7% via spearheading £680k profit centre and continuous improvements.
