I've been a bit of a Swiss Army Knife for lululemon. I've acted as a bridge between strategy and creative to help articulate the brand's overall positioning as they take aim at some big, humongous goals. I've been a creative lead on several global marketing campaigns and most recently helped launch them into a completely new category (lululemon selfcare). The work's been great but it doesn't hold a candle to the amazing people the brand attracts and grows. Free fitness classes don't hurt either.

- Monitor the training status and to accordingly organize relevant activities for the students partaking in on-campus placements. 
- Act as a liaison between the industry and the institution for on-campus placement drives.

The Indian Society for Technical Education, ISTE, acts as a platform for the technologically curious; from information pertaining to the latest technologies to scintillating technical papers regarding complicated technology, from technological event funding to in depth report analysis. Being the Secretary of the GCET ISTE Student Chapter, entitled to a multitude of roles; the primary being team work and brainstorming.
The job role entitled watching over the entire student body for the period of 2013-2014 while they worked on weekly tasks and to-be-organized events. It also consisted of learning to micromanage a multitude of activities to be fitted in the confines of a a fixed budget. Maintaining immaculate Minutes of the meeting, keeping a regular track of the finances, discussing and finalizing the components of upcoming techfests and deciding on the next student body were the main duties allocated to the post.

AIESEC is the largest student run organization in the world which facilitates global student exchange. For it to function efficiently, AIESEC International divided each country into local communities, LC and each parent LC had a few daughter LCs. AIESEC Baroda is the parent LC of AIESEC VVn which I was affiliated with.To facilitate the said global exchange, the motivated workforce was compartmentalized. The Talent Management or TM team functions as the Human resources department of AIESEC; them being in charge of recruitment, existing members, easing incoming and outgoing exchange students into their roles and looking for remunerative and volunteer jobs for the incoming exchange students.

Like many artists from India, my journey of becoming a writer began after the Engineering degree. 

Hi there, I am Binati Sheth from Gujarat, India. I am a ghostwriter. No, I don’t write ghost stories. I write other people’s nonfiction books for them.

How did I get here?
Simple. 

💡I love ideas. I am addicted to new ideas. Old ideas, when reworded and reframed, make me tingle. Ideas make life worth living. I wanted to breathe new life into these ideas. I can write. 

🧠I love nuance. Context is everything. Each idea and story need a point-of-view. I can make people talk and I can play the devil’s advocate to get that perspective action going.

📚I love books. Reading literally and figurately changed my life. Books are powerful. Writing and publishing a book comes with heavy responsibilities. I can tell you when your draft is ready to be a manuscript.
