Baby... I’ve done a lot this year! 
I started a new business that basically packed its bags, moved into my life, and said, “Hey girl hey, we're doing this!”

I mentored two cohorts of entrepreneurs with Goldman Sachs OMBW…
Created startup + legal strategies for 30 startups (yes, thirty)…
Built a community and brand-new revenue stream for Yany Beauty…
And somehow still managed to drink water, be a damn good mother, practice wellness, and move across the world.

So at this point, I can confidently say:
I’m an expert in founders, startups, and the beautifully chaotic mess we call entrepreneurship.

And after working this closely with founders from launch-phase dreamers to CEOs scaling real companies, I keep seeing the same patterns show up again and again:
❗ They’re making huge decisions with half the information.
❗ Their business models haven’t been updated since (clears throat) pre-pandemic.
❗ Their org charts look like they were built during a sleep-deprived moment.
❗ They have revenue, but are lacking resilience.
❗ They are doing everything alone because they haven't figured out how to       start their team within their budget.

But I get it.

Running a company is basically one long group project where you’re the only one doing the work and also paying for snacks.

But seriously, here’s what the data says, and it backs up everything I’m seeing in real life:
🔹 7 out of 10 of CEOs say they've struggled with decision fatigue due to burnout.
🔹 89% say they don’t have a clear view of or fully understand their operational risks.
🔹 But here's the good news, CEOs with written strategic plans grow up to 30% faster.

Translation:
Clarity is a growth strategy and Confusion is a very expensive hobby.
